Your Questions Shape What We Publish

Reader messages have directly generated more than half of our most-read articles.

The Betalmint contact form is not a support ticket system — it is the most direct line into our editorial process. When a reader writes to describe a north-facing bedroom that refuses to feel warm, or a hallway so narrow that nothing seems to fit, those specifics become the brief for a future article. We prioritize questions that reveal a constraint or a problem that other readers are likely to share, which means even a message about a very specific situation can become a widely useful piece. We aim to reply within two business days during our regular Monday-to-Friday schedule. If your question is simple, we answer it directly. If it deserves a full article treatment, we tell you — and we make sure to let you know when the piece publishes. Please include as much detail as you find comfortable to share: the room type, approximate dimensions, the direction it faces, and what you have already tried. The more grounded the question, the more grounded our answer.

“I sent a message on a Tuesday afternoon describing my impossible dining room — low ceiling, one small window, dark wood floors. By Thursday I had a personal reply and three weeks later there was a full article about exactly that scenario. I felt heard in a way most websites do not manage.”

— Louise F., Québec City
